Your customer list is your lifeblood and we treat it that way as well. Our customer's lists are never merged with other lists and in fact are completely erased from our systems shortly after mailings are completed.

Confidentiality Agreement

In the course of providing services to this Client, Mail Perfect will receive valuable information from the Client, including, but not limited to, names and addresses of Client's customers, customer account information, and information regarding Client's practices, procedures and other similar information (collectively, "Confidential Information"). Mail Perfect agrees to hold all Confidential Information in confidence. All such Confidential Information is proprietary to, and shall remain the property of the Client, and Mail Perfect may not copy, transcribe, record, or memorize the same in any manner, nor disclose or use such Confidential Information for any purpose other than the limited purpose of performing its obligations. Mail Perfect shall ensure that all physical embodiment of any Confidential Information shall remain secure when not in direct use and that all Confidential Information shall be either returned, erased or destroyed in accordance with the instructions of the Client. Mail Perfect agrees that only those of its employees, officers, agents and sub-contractors with a specific need-to-know any Confidential Information shall have access to such Confidential Information; all agents and sub-contractors with a specific need-to-know are also hereby bound by this Confidentiality Agreement.
