USPS first class or standard mail

Let us see your mail piece before it's printed. If there are any problems, we'll catch them first. We can design, lay-out and print your mail piece or you can have your printer use our postal permits (for free - there isn't any reason to buy your own) and have your mail pieces drop shipped directly to us.

Give us an electronic copy of your database. (Click here for more information about our database and list brokerage services.) We will standardize the addresses, add zip+4, carrier route line-of-travel and, if you wish, remove duplicates. The resulting file will be CASS certified and pre-sorted according to PAVE specifications. Reports on your database (line listings, Zip tallies, number of dupes, etc.) are available.

If your mail piece requires wafer seals ("tabs") we'll attach them. If you're mailing multiple pieces, we'll fulfill them.

For a professional appearance, we'll print the address directly onto your mail piece. If it's an unusual size piece, we'll print address labels and affix them. In either case, we'll add a POSTNET certified barcode for maximum postage discounts.

Your mailing will be packaged, tagged, arranged in trays and presented at the Post Office with all necessary Postal forms completed.
